Make sure the destination for the extracted files is your desktop. From there, look at the top bar and select "extract file". Step 4 - The file should now be open with WinRAR or WinZip. It will let you select a program to open it with, so you want to select WinRAR or WinZip (whatever one you downloaded). Step 3 - Once the file has been downloaded, you want to right click on the program and select "open with". Try to make sure its destination is either your desktop or is under your downloads.
